I've had a fairly shit week, lots on my mind, but hopefully, that's passed now.

Today I have been informed that my job is at risk. I have to reapply for my position if i want to keep it, or get a couple of grand redundancy payment and leave.

I am thinking leaving is the way to go.

I've got a meeting with my boss regarding this tomorrow, i'm hoping I can take a wad of money and scarper asap. That would be ace :D

Friday: I saw Land of the dead. Verdict- it’s DEAD good. HAHAHAHAHAHAH. Ahem. I enjoyed the comedy Zombie gore and violence quite a bit :D.

Saturday: Went to Sally and Tim’s housewarming, their flat is awesome, and right behind the Bridgewater hall, quality positioning. Drank some free booze and went off with Neil and Chris to Akoustik Anarkhy. It was pretty cool to be fair, very diy, but that’s a good thing. The VCs were quite cool, shall be cool to see em on tour with 52s.
Being freshers week in the City with the biggest student population in Europe, it’s fair to say that every club in Manchester was full :S we had to queue for a while to get into Plastic Surgery, but once in it was damn sweet. Danced pretty much all night, only taking a break to spend £20 on £2.50 double vodbulls. I was utterly wasted. However it was great in plastic, and when they played ‘juicebox’ all of us fookin’ loved it. Good stuff.

When I got home at 4am, I proceeded to spend the next 10 hours being sick. Which was the sour note of my weekend. By dinnertime Sunday all was good again, and all is good rrrrrrright now, cos it’s hometime, I can depart shitty work! And that’s what I’ll do :D byes

On Thursday I flyered with chris for 40 minutes, which gained me £10 and free entry to see SFA at the Academy, it was really good, they played Ice Hockey Hair. I remembered how much I love SFA. Twas a good night.

Other than that I’ve done very little, it’s been dull.

Going to see the 52s tonight, which shall certainly be better than staying in bored as I am becoming accustomed to!

Watched all of Lost series 1, I thought it was great, and the new series starts on Wednesday in the states, I am planning on weekly downloading each new episode. I need to know what happens :(

Can't fookin' wait :D although the forecasts for next weeks weather are currently BADDDDD :( rain everyday, hope they're wrong.

Last night I was successful in not spending any money, I need to keep this up. England fucking sucked :( then Gav and Jen came round and stole from me :p then I stayed up till gone 2 (as always :S) to watch the last episode of nip/tuck. What a fucked up storyline they went for this series! Ooooooh cliffhanger ending.

I've watched 5 and a half episodes of Lost now. If any mysteries are solved in that series, they immediately get replaced with something even stranger, i'm liking it :D

Fuck, I'm writing some good ol' bullshit here, I AM BORED.

It's my birthday this weekend. When you're a kid birthdays are ace, when you're a teenager they're pretty great. When you get past 21 they suck more and more each year.

Ah well, fuck it. I'm going to Dpercussion tomorrow, some free festival in manc tomorrow, Stephen Fretwell, Nine black alps, Bez and his new band and Gruff from the furries are all playing, pretty sweet for free. And Seanio and Jen are coming down for it, so it should be a pretty cool weekend :D. I shall be on a Leo Sayer (all-dayer) tomorrow, I best put my trusty bin next to my bed in preparation, cos I have a feeling i'm gonna blow many chunks into it once I return home! :S :D
